Tenant consultation means listening to your views before making decisions that affect your home, neighbourhood, or housing services. It’s your chance to have a say and help shape the services you receive.

When Will You Be Consulted?
Examples:
•    Changes are proposed to your tenancy agreement
•    We plan major repairs or improvements
•    We review housing policies or services
•    We develop neighbourhood plans or regeneration projects
How Can You Get Involved?
•    Completing surveys (online or paper)
•    Attending meetings or drop-in sessions
•    Joining tenant panels or forums and more
•    Giving feedback through your housing officer
