Covid-19 Remote Meetings

Full Council meeting on Tuesday 21st July 2020 access issues- The Council experienced a technical difficulty with public access (for those wishing to access the meeting anonymously) to the Full Council meeting on Tuesday 21st July 2020. As soon as we were aware of the situation the meeting was paused, the issue resolved and the meeting recommenced. A recording of the meeting is available via the link below for anyone who wishes to access it.  Apologies are offered to all of the members of the public who took the time to access the meeting for the inconvenience caused.

Council and Committee meetings for Tamworth Borough Council are now being held remotely and streamed live, following the introduction of new regulations as part of the Coronavirus Act 2020. This allows Councillors to meet remotely (online only) during the pandemic.  Please see the press release here for further details.

If you are a member of the public and you wish to view any upcoming Remote Meetings, you can:

  • Access the meeting weblink via the Agenda page for that meeting of the relevant committee (where you will also find all related reports). This can be accessed via the Committees page of the website.
