The Gambling Commission license and regulate the people and business that provide gambling in Great Britian including the National Lottery.Tamworth Borough Council as a licensing authority has regulatory obligation under the Gambling Act 2005 for licencing gambling premises and issuing permits and permissions.

Tamworth Borough Council has published its 'Statement of Principles' for 2019 to 2022 issued under section 349 of the Gambling Act 2005.

Tamworth Borough Council has also set fees for premises licences issued under the Gambling Act 2005.

Gambling Act 2005 - Consultation on Statement of Principles 2023 to 2026 - Tamworth Borough Council

Further to an update on 24 June 2022, I am writing with reference to the above and to advise you that Tamworth Borough Council are consulting further due to a change in dates as stated on the Statement. The dates previously stated were 2022-2025.  I can confirm no further changes have been made.
