Landlord forum
Are you a Private Sector Landlord with properties in Tamworth ? Then why not come along to our Landlord Forum?
We host a Private Sector Landlord forum on a quarterly basis, chaired by a local landlord. These provide an effective arena to exchange news, views and experiences with other landlords and also are a good way of updating landlords and agents on current changes in legislation and council-led initiatives.
We provide at least one guest speaker who is an expert in their field – previous forums have featured talks on legal procedures in evictions, tax and insurance issues, tenant referencing and legionella. We always welcome suggestions for talks at the meetings with the aim to make the forum landlord led.
The forums are held in Wilnecote Parish Hall, starting at 9.30am and are run in partnership with the National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA)
