Garages that are available to let are allocated on a first come, first served basis. If you are a Tamworth Borough Council tenant you will need to have a clear rent account before you are allowed to rent a Tamworth Borough Council garage.
A premium charge of an additional 87p per week will be charged, on top of the weekly rent if you do not live within the town centre vicinity. Please note: Arrears of more than four weeks means your garage tenancy will end.
