Once your application is submitted

Where all information and evidence has been provided, we will aim to assess your application within 14 days and let you know if you are eligible to join the housing register.

If successful, you will be given an application number/ID and be advised of the size of property you’re able to apply for, as well as further details on how to place bids on available properties using our Finding a Home system.

If we don’t have all the evidence required within 28 days, your application will be cancelled.
