Licence consultations

Under the Licensing Act 2003, various powers are available to protect those affected by a licence. This includes a 28-day consultation period for applications for provisional statements, a new or major variation of a premises licence or club premises certificate.

During this period, local residents, businesses, or other authorities can submit a representation either in support or opposition to the application.

Details of current licensing applications with a live 28-day consultation period will be listed below.

Please see this government information about making a representation, or visit our page about problems with licensed premises.
