Temporary street closures in town centre

Temporary diversions will be in place on Market Street and George Street, Tamworth town centre 6pm – 6am (18:00 – 06:00) for up to seven days from Monday 20 January.

Please follow local diversions.

This is to allow work to install storm and sewer drains for the new building next to Middle Entry. This is vital work as part of the council’s future high streets programme. This new building will be a new flexible, multi-use building for independent small businesses.
