Tamworth #StandWithUkraine

Tamworth Borough Council is showing continued support for the people of Ukraine by flying the Ukraine flag from Tamworth Castle and Marmion House and lighting the castle in blue and yellow on the 23 August, which is Ukraine flag day and, 24 August, Ukraine Independence Day.

Major milestone in Tamworth’s regeneration

Tamworth Borough Council are delighted to formally hand over the former Peel Café on Market Street and new building to Nationwide Building Society, as Tamworth’s Future High Street Fund project makes significant progress.

Fly-tipping enforcement success

Tamworth Borough Council has taken action against a criminal guilty of fly-tipping. The individual from Tamworth has been issued a fixed penalty notice of £1000 for fly-tipping in Tamworth town centre.
